Garden City Villa B24

The Villa B24 project at Garden City, Sulaymaniyah was successfully completed with the installation and commissioning of a high-performance VRF air-conditioning system. The scope of work included system planning, coordination, refrigerant piping installation, pressure testing, vacuuming, and final commissioning in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards. The indoor air-conditioning system consisted of a combination of ducted units and cassette units, carefully selected to ensure balanced airflow distribution, effective cooling performance, and low noise levels throughout the villa.

The ductwork was designed and installed to meet airflow and static pressure requirements, with proper insulation to minimize energy losses and prevent condensation. Cassette units were strategically positioned to provide uniform air distribution and seamless integration with the interior design. The project also included installation of condensate drainage systems, electrical power and control wiring, and integration of individual and centralized control systems. Comprehensive testing and commissioning were carried out to verify system efficiency, performance, and operational stability. The completed VRF system delivers precise temperature control, high energy efficiency, and reliable long-term operation, ensuring optimal indoor comfort in line with the villa?s architectural and functional requirements.
