The Villa B22 project at Garden City, Sulaymaniyah was completed with the supply, installation, and commissioning of a high-efficiency VRF air-conditioning system. The scope of work included detailed system layout coordination, refrigerant piping installation, pressure testing, vacuuming, and final gas charging in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Indoor units consisted of a combination of ducted units and cassette units, selected to achieve optimal airflow distribution, static pressure control, and acoustic performance across all conditioned spaces. Ductwork was designed and installed to ensure balanced air delivery, proper insulation, and minimized air leakage, while cassette units were positioned to provide uniform cooling coverage. The project also included installation of condensate drainage systems with proper slope and insulation, electrical power and communication wiring, centralized and individual control integration, and full system testing and commissioning to verify capacity, efficiency, and operational stability. The installed VRF system delivers precise temperature control, energy efficiency, and reliable performance aligned with the villa?s operational and comfort requirements.
